You may request a consultation with Safe at Hopkins to discuss your concern using the form below. The consultation functions as a supportive tool to provide education about disruptive behaviors at work.

The consultation is not considered a formal complaint of disruptive behavior. If you want to document a formal complaint, you may file a report with Safe at Hopkins, the Compliance Line, or your human resources professional.
