Getting Help
A great place to work means a respectful and safe place to work.
Increasingly, inappropriate conduct enters the workplace and causes disruption. Depending on the behaviors and their frequencies, it may be challenging to figure out how to respond so that they do not escalate into more serious behaviors.
The first place to start is increasing awareness and understanding of the behaviors that can disrupt and create risk in the work environment or academic setting.
Safe at Hopkins can help in several ways, from providing consultations about concerning behaviors to conducting disruptive behavior assessments to investigating threats or risk. Use the appropriate red, orange, or blue button to contact the Safe at Hopkins program manager.
If you have concerns about your immediate safety or someone else’s, you should call Security or 911 immediately.
