Safe at Hopkins

All members of the Johns Hopkins community have a responsibility to behave professionally and foster a safe environment, whether you just started your time at Johns Hopkins, have moved up the ranks, or are in a leadership role. 

Safe at Hopkins proactively raises awareness of concerning behaviors in the workplace, and has developed the Johns Hopkins Continuum of Disruptive Behaviors at Work to serve as a tool for identifying behaviors that are no longer professional—disruptive behaviors.

Individuals may report concerns of disruptive behavior to Safe at Hopkins, including reports of threats, risks, and non-urgent disruptive behaviors. Safe at Hopkins works in partnership with other offices across the organization to understand and address reports.
