Risk Assessment Process

The effectiveness of the risk assessment process depends on the interactive and complementary expertise and functioning of Risk Assessment Team (RATeam) members. As a result, the RATeam can provide support, guidance, and recommendations to management.

The RATeam processes are part of the larger Johns Hopkins Workplace Risk Assessment Program meant to prevent and intervene in all disruptive behaviors in the workplace, including: inappropriateness, disrespect, mild bullying, moderate to severe bullying, stalking, domestic/intimate partner violence, stated threats, and physical violence.
